With the steadfast support of my husband, family and friends, I successfully created a private workout space within my home, designed to offer clients a safe and confidential environment in which to learn and embrace exercise. This intimate setting reflects my commitment to fostering a nurturing atmosphere where individuals can confidently pursue their health and wellness goals.
Drawing from five years of dedicated experience as a Registered Social Worker, I transitioned intentionally into the role of a stay-at-home mom, a period marked by profound growth and renewed purpose. During this transformative chapter, I reignited my passion for assisting others in deeply meaningful ways.
With over a decade of consistent training, I've witnessed firsthand how dedication to fitness transforms not only the body but also the mind.
